The challenge continues and it sure will be challening this weekend as the family travels to Connecticut for the weekend. I've made arrangements to eat healthy and I believe I'm ready to continue the sugar detox for the weekend.
Breakfast: Granny Smith apple
Lunch: Parm Pepper Chicken Caesar salad from Quaker Steak and Lube
Dinner: Small salad with grilled chicken, dry roasted peanuts for snack
