21 Day Sugar Detox - Day 5

The challenge continues and it sure will be challening this weekend as the family travels to Connecticut for the weekend.  I've made arrangements to eat healthy and I believe I'm ready to continue the sugar detox for the weekend.

Today's Meals: 

  • Breakfast:  Granny Smith apple
  • Lunch:  Parm Pepper Chicken Caesar salad from Quaker Steak and Lube
  • Dinner:  Small salad with grilled chicken, dry roasted peanuts for snack
Mood:  Anxious for the weekend ahead.

Weight:  236 (-6 pounds)
