21 Day Sugar Detox - Day 2

With Day 1 in the books, I'm ready to start Day 2.  I'm taking this challenge one meal at a time.

Today's Meals:

  • Breakfast:  Granny Smith Apple
  • Lunch:  Tabbouleh
  • Afternoon Snack:  Unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • Dinner:  Ham and eggs
Mood:  My first craving for sweets kicked in.  I'm really in need of some chocolate.  I've resisted the temptation so far.

Weight:  240 (-2 lbs)

Onto Day 3!
