21 Day Sugar Detox - Day 3





I'm now in Day 3 of the sugar detox diet and I'm really craving a cookie right about now.  It was another hectic day at work and I'm certainly stressed.  It's almost 9pm and I've been able to resist the urge so far.

Today's Meals:


  • Breakfast:  Tabbouleh
  • Lunch:  Grilled chicken with brown rice
  • Dinner:  Grilled, boneless Cajun chicken wings, steamed broccoli, and tabbouleh
  • Snack:  Handful of unsalted, roasted peanuts
Mood:  Thankful to get through the day without sugar.  I really wanted some today.

Weight:  239 (-3 pounds)
