I'm now in Day 3 of the sugar detox diet and I'm really craving a cookie right about now. It was another hectic day at work and I'm certainly stressed. It's almost 9pm and I've been able to resist the urge so far.
- Breakfast: Tabbouleh
- Lunch: Grilled chicken with brown rice
- Dinner: Grilled, boneless Cajun chicken wings, steamed broccoli, and tabbouleh
- Snack: Handful of unsalted, roasted peanuts
