21 Day Sugar Detox - Day 1

OK.  Let's do this.  No sugar and no refined carbs for 21 days.  If I break, I start over.

Today's Meals:

  • Breakfast:  Granny Smith Apple
  • Mid Morning Snack:  Unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • Lunch:  Jalepeno brat
  • Dinner:  Grilled chicken with brown rice
Mood:  I feel like I'm accomplishing something.  This detox will go a long way towards improving my blood sugar levels.

Weight:  242
