With Day 1 in the books, I'm ready to start Day 2. I'm taking this challenge one meal at a time.
Today's Meals:
- Breakfast: Granny Smith Apple
- Lunch: Tabbouleh
- Afternoon Snack: Unsalted, roasted peanuts
- Dinner: Ham and eggs
Mood: My first craving for sweets kicked in. I'm really in need of some chocolate. I've resisted the temptation so far.
Weight: 240 (-2 lbs)
Onto Day 3!
