- Breakfast: Granny Smith Apple
- Mid Morning Snack: Unsalted, roasted peanuts
- Lunch: Jalepeno brat
- Dinner: Grilled chicken with brown rice
Mood: I feel like I'm accomplishing something. This detox will go a long way towards improving my blood sugar levels.
